创作长江三峽及珠峰雪景系列画作。
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Cheng stayed indoor mostly to create more artworks based on his travel experiences, especially his visits to the Three Gorges in China and Mt Everest in Tibet.

Cheng spoke about his paintings, calligraphy and poems in an online talk organised by the Johorean chapter of the Malaysian Contemporary Chinese Painting and Calligraphy Association.

In December of the same year, Cheng held a solo exhibition of his art on gold paper in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
